6 MONTHS WARRANTY

Every single jewellery purchase is covered under a 6 month warranty starting from the day that you receive your order. This means if any of your jewellery pieces become unwearable through damage or breakage, you can send them back free of charge and receive a brand new replacement, or a refund. 

To claim the 6 month warranty, email our friendly team at hello@morganandaya.com so we can help. Please include pictures! We will then organise a return label for you and jointly decide if it should be repaired, replaced or refunded. 

It's free and included with every purchase! 

Any damage or breakage that occurs to your jewellery whilst in your care after 6 months is no longer covered under the warranty.

If you're unhappy with your order or have changed your mind, we accept returns on all items that are sent back to us unworn and in their original packaging (except for earrings for hygiene reasons), within 30 days of you receiving the order.

We aim to process all returned orders within 14 working days of us receiving your returned order, however this may take up to 30 working days during busier times of year.

All refunds will be credited back to the original payment method.

Please note, shipping costs are not refundable, and international customs duties and sales taxes are not refunded for orders returned to us from outside the EU.
